London, UK

Born in Kansas City, MO, I moved to Milwaukee, WI in 2014 to pursue my BFA at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. During this time I focused on the three-dimensional possibilities of painting in relation to my own domestic environment.

After my undergraduate graduation in May 2018, I spent a year working for a commercial art gallery as their Social Media and Digital Imaging Manager. Overwhelmed by the consumerist gallery model, I decided to leave my position and return to school. I now live and work in London, UK where I graduated from Goldsmiths, University of London in the MFA Curating course. My current studio and curatorial research center around the agency of intimacy in the everyday.

In 2017, I co-founded Pink Salt Art Collective, a socially-minded platform engaging the community of Milwaukee, WI, USA through the arts. A recurring project of ours is Makewell Zine, a prompt-based publication. In addition to Makewell, Pink Salt provides socially motivated arts programming and exhibitions around the city of Milwaukee. Learn more about Pink Salt here.
